At Eretz Ahavati, we believe that an important part of good, personal service is including shipping costs and taxes in the product price—so all you need to do is place your order and wait a few days for it to arrive at your door.
Product price + shipping + customs duties = the price displayed on the Website.
As noted above, part of our service is handling the order process for you. We are responsible for arranging and paying customs duties in the destination country, as required.

To estimate when you will receive your item, please consider the availability of the items you order.
We use the following formula:
Item availability + shipping time = total delivery time
Example: Our Website shows jewelry availability of 1–4 business days. This means your total delivery time will be:
1–4 business days (availability) + 2–4 business days (shipping time)
So you can expect to receive your item at your home within 3–8 business days after placing your order.
Note: Most products are generally in stock, except for 14K gold jewelry and custom-designed jewelry. However, the Company reserves the right to notify you within 48 hours if the item you selected is out of stock. We will inform you how long it will take to restock and ask whether you would like to wait and proceed with the purchase.

Silver jewelry / gold-plated silver: up to 1–3 days
“Eretz Bereshit” 14K gold chains: up to 14 days
14K gold jewelry: up to 30 days
Eretz Ahavati is not responsible for shipping times or delays caused by the shipping company, delays caused by customs and/or border control, but we are available to assist the customer and help resolve any issue.
The Company is not responsible for delays and/or late delivery resulting from events that are unexpected and beyond its control, including (but not limited to): malfunctions, delays, strikes, extreme weather, natural disasters, wars, entering an incorrect address, product availability/inventory issues, computer system failures, telephone system failures affecting completion of the purchase process, email service disruptions, and more.
If an order is received for areas that the shipping company does not serve, the Company is not obligated to fulfill the order.
Entering an accurate and complete shipping address is the purchaser’s sole responsibility.
After an order is placed, the purchaser will receive an email confirmation that the order was received. The order will be delivered to the address provided by the customer via an external shipping company.
If the payment method is invalid, the transaction is not approved for any reason, and/or the product is not in stock, the Website management will contact the customer in order to complete the order or cancel it.
Before the shipment leaves our facility, responsibility for the product and insurance coverage rests with Eretz Ahavati. However, once the shipment is handed over to a third party, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping company.
Immediately after the package is shipped, you will receive an SMS message with a tracking number for real-time shipment status updates.
Any order placed after 12:00 PM will be considered received on the next business day for shipping purposes.
