Product Warranty

Jewelry Warranty Terms: Our warranty covers manufacturing defects discovered during reasonable use of the product. To claim the warranty, customers must provide proof of purchase (invoice) and the warranty certificate.

• Standard Warranty: Valid for one year from the date of purchase.

• 14K Gold Collection: Valid for up to two years from the date of purchase.

• Validation: The warranty is valid only when accompanied by the original invoice.

Exclusions and Limitations:

• The warranty does not cover cases of improper use or accidental damage.

• The warranty is not valid for the oxidation of silver or gold plating caused by high skin acidity.

• The warranty does not cover broken or snapped chains.

• The warranty is void if a repair or attempted repair is performed by anyone not authorized by us.

• Total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Care & Usage Instructions:

• 925 Sterling Silver / Gold-Plated Brass: These items are water-resistant and can be worn while showering.

• Gold-Plated 925 Sterling Silver: We recommend removing these pieces before showering to preserve the plating.

• The Nature Collection (Wood Jewelry): To preserve the finish and integrity of the wood over time, we strongly recommend not wearing these items while showering or in water.

Special Coverage:

• The warranty does not cover external breakage or physical impact; however, breakage of the wood itself is covered under our warranty.

Skin Sensitivity: We are not responsible for skin sensitivities or allergic reactions to specific materials. Choosing to wear the jewelry is at the consumer’s discretion.
